Is it possible to subscribe for a yearly plan?

Yes, all yearly plans include a month of discount.

How much storage do I need?

All entries are compressed, which saves up to 90% of storage. By default entries in cache.nixos.org are never stored in Cachix to save space.

What happens once I reach the storage limit?

Once you reach 85% of your storage limit, you will recieve a warning email. Once you reach the storage limit, least recently used entries will be removed.

Can I get more than 1000 GB storage plan?

Can I change my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. Your billing cycle starts with the creation date of your subscription. After 30 days it will automatically renew itself. If you choose to upgrade, the pricing difference will be added to your next month’s invoice. If you choose to downgrade, you’ll be credited on your next month’s invoice.
